July Aragon RMT

July began her massage therapy journey at Robertson College in Winnipeg, graduating in May 2019. Since then, she has focused on delivering personalized care that promotes healing, comfort, and overall well-being.

Her treatments combine Swedish relaxation with deep tissue techniques, tailored to each client’s needs. July is also trained in cupping therapy and pre- and post-natal massage. Fluent in Tagalog, she offers culturally sensitive care that’s both thoughtful and restorative.

Dr. Steven Gulowaty DC

Dr. Steven Gulowaty, born and raised in Winnipeg, earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. After returning home, he joined Polo Park Chiropractic Centre to serve his community and be close to family.

Dr. Gulowaty takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on fast and effective symptom relief. Ashley Rechik RMT, CMLDT

Ashley is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience, graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2015. In 2025 Ashley received training from Klose Training and is also Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.

Ashley’s treatments are enriched by additional training in hot stone massage, cupping therapy, Tsuboki Japanese face massage, Holy Fire Reiki, and Integrated Energy Therapy.
